The Ordering Process

  1. Place order using one of the methods below. If you need assistance contact us.

  2. Receive an itemized invoice to your email along with an ETA for production (usually ~2 weeks depending on size of order).

  3. Verify invoice by either paying online with a credit card (2.9% transaction fee) or by mailing us a check (no transaction fee).

  4. Once payment is received we will begin production and no further changes to the order are permitted.

Placing the order

Our order form is available in several formats. Send completed forms to wholesale@happyhandmade.org

  1. Order Form (Excel & Numbers)

    This form can be downloaded and filled out on your computer, as long as you have Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers installed. Just fill it out, save it, and email it to us!

  2. Printable Order Form (PDF)

    Just print this form out, fill it out, and either scan and email it to us or send it to us via snail mail to: Happy Handmade, PO Box 55561, Portland, OR 97238
