  3. Click “Email Documents” at the bottom of this page and attach the required documents.

  4. Wait patiently. You should expect a reply within 3-5 business days.

  • Must be a registered business in the United States.

  • Must have at least one physical location where products will be sold.

Pricing and Payments

  • Wholesale pricing varies by item but is generally around 30%-40% off for most products.

  • We offer our wholesale customers the best pricing possible. Because of this we do charge a 2.9% transaction fee for credit cards, however this can be avoided by paying via check.

Orders, quantities, and Availability

  • There is a $350 minimum for your opening order, and a $200 minimum for every order after the first order.

  • Orders that fail to meet these requirements will not be approved.

  • Accounts that don’t maintain at least $1,000 in orders annually or go 4 months without a single order may lose wholesale access.

  • Each order gets an itemized invoice for you to review. Once payment is received no changes or cancellations are to be made.

  • Because we purchases the highest quality ingredients as close to the source as possible, availability of items is not guaranteed.

  • Delays in shipping, weather, and other factors out of our control may affect product availability.

Production time and shipping

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks from receiving payment for us to ship your order, and sometimes longer for really big orders. Please be patient, we are a small company that makes each wholesale order to order :) 

  • Orders will usually be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Large orders may need to be shipped by Fedex, UPS, or in some cases local carrier. Please feel free to include and shipping requests with order and we will do our best to meet them. Shipping costs vary and will be listed on your invoice to review.

  • Happy Handmade will not be responsible for damages or delays in shipping due to acts or events beyond Happy Handmade’s control.

  • Please inspect your order carefully as soon as it arrives. Email us at wholesale@happyhandmade.org within 3 business days (with photos) if any products have been damaged so we can ship out a replacement ASAP.


  • Our products may be sold in your brick and mortar or any physical place you conduct business.

  • While we discourage selling our products online in any capacity, we may allow it on your business website to compliment your in-store offerings. If you wish to sell our products on your website you must get our express permission in our signed agreement upon approval.

  • Our products may NOT be sold on third-party marketplace sites like Walmart, Etsy, Amazon, eBay, etc.

  • All of our products will have a listed MSRP. While we don’t have a limit on how much you can markup our products, we do require that you don’t sell them below our MSRP. However, you are allowed to run promos and sales for holidays and special events, so long as they’re not longer than two weeks and are marked/labeled as on sale.

  • You may NOT act as a distributor and resell our products to another business or company. You are only authorized to sell to the end-user of the product.

  • You may NOT use our wholesale program to order our products for yourself or gifts for others. The products you buy from us are to be sold directly to the final customer/end-user.

  • You may NOT alter the products or their labeling in any way, or tell your customers that they are made by you or anyone working for you.


  • Due to the nature and production of our products we do not accept returns. Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your order and we will be in contact to see if we can resolve the issue.


  • Unenforceability or invalidity of one or more clauses in this Agreement shall not have an effect on any other clause in this Agreement. If it is possible, any unenforceable or invalid clause in this Agreement shall be modified to show the original intention of the parties.

Happy Handmade reserves the right to refuse or revoke wholesale access to our products to anyone for any reason at any time.

Happy Handmade reserves the right to modify and update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will not be retroactive and wholesale customers will be notified when changes are made.

Upon approval of your application you will be placed on our wholesale email list to ensure you get important communications and updates regarding our wholesale program. Being on this list is a requirement to maintain access to our wholesale store and unsubscribing from the email list will revoke your wholesale access. That being said, we will never sell, trade, or share your information with anyone else. Our privacy policy can be found at happyhandmade.org/privacy.
